3 Simple Steps To A Totally Fantastic Assembly Experience!

Multi-Media Assembly Preparation Requirements

1. Set-up Assistance
Our technicians travel in pairs, often setting up in more than one school each day (that's a lot of lugging). For their sake, we ask that you would please have 4-6 people ready at set-up time (that's 90 minutes prior to the first show) to help unload and set up the equipment.
2. .Darkness
As with any projected image, the darker the room, the greater the effect. Any windows or skylights must be covered before we arrive.
3. .Unobstructed Electrical Outlets
Our video projectors, DVD players, and sound system desire very much to be plugged in. Please locate four working, unobstructed outlets prior to the show date and brief our technicians as to their location upon their arrival. Our technicians travel with 100ft. extention cords.

Room Size

Our full three-screen set-up requires a 45' width, 12' height, and 18' - 23' projection distance in front of the screen. For smaller locations, we can reduce the size of the screens, requiring 30' width, 10' height. Camfel programs can be shown in any type of room including gymnasiums, auditoriums, and multi-purpose rooms.

Scheduling

Please allow 90 minutes (1 1/2 hrs) for set-up and 30 minutes take down time at each location. For multiple set-ups, allow a minimum of 3 hours plus adequate travel time between the beginning of the last showing at the first location and the beginning of the first show at the second location. (Normally, morning shows start prior to 10 am and afternoon shows start after 1pm.) Allow adequate time for the assembly and dismissal of students. Program runs approximately 40 minutes.
